Wizz Air launches Kutaisi – Bucharest flights

Wizz Air announced today the first direct flight from Romania to Georgia starting this summer. The new low fare service from Bucharest to Kutaisi, Georgia is commencing on 3 July 2018 with 3 weekly frequencies on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Tickets can already be booked on wizzair.com.

The town of Kutaisi is one of the world’s oldest cities, with places like magnificent Bagrati Cathedral or Gelati Monastery, both UNESCO World Heritage sites and tourists’ favorites. At the same time, Kutaisi is the gateway to Georgia, one of the most beautiful places on Earth with a marvelous canvas for hikers, horse riders, cyclists, skiers, rafters and travelers of all kind.
