Ryanair, a low-cost carrier, has just announced that effective the end of October 2018, the carrier will launch a new Prague – Paris route. Its Boeing 737 will connect Václav Havel Airport Prague with Paris/Beauvais (BVA) three times weekly.
Passengers from Prague will then be able to fly to all three international airports in Paris, namely Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Beauvais – last served from Prague in 2009/2010. Long-term, Paris is among the most popular destinations.
Last year, 846,977 passengers travelled from Prague to Paris, representing a 6.6% year-on-year growth. We expect the new route to be used by over 50 thousand passengers a year in both directions.
