KLM will start a codeshare agreement with Atlasglobal on 29 October. Thanks to the cooperation, KLM and the airline jointly will offer 14 flights each week between Amsterdam and Istanbul Atatürk Airport.
The KL code is placed on the daily Atlasglobal flights between Amsterdam and Istanbul and, on the other hand, the Atlasglobal code is added to KLM flights between the two cities. The codeshare agreement will be extended at a later date with other destinations next to both hubs.
“With its cooperation with Atlasglobal, KLM strengthens its network in the region, giving its passengers more options and, eventually, more destinations in Turkey. Turkey is an important destination for both business and leisure travelers. At Atlasglobal we found a very reliable partner with a good product, ” said Barry ter Voert, Senior Vice President Europe KLM.
