New luxury cruise train, the Shiki-Shima, will begin excursions between Tokyo’s Ueno Station and northern Japan in May this year. The sleeper, which includes a lounge car, dining car and six carriages devoted to private suites, will welcome only 34 passengers onboard at a time.
