S7 Airlines offers air tickets for new flights from Novosibirsk to five destinations. Flights will be performed on Embraer 170-LR comfortable aircraft.
S7 Airlines develops interregional air transportations from Tolmachevo Airport within the federal programme for the provision of transport accessibility of regions of the Russian Federation with the support of Novosibirsk region. The flights will be performed beginning from the summer schedule 2017.
On 1 April 2017 S7 Airlines launches flights to Surgut, on 2 April 2017 to Gorno-Altajsk, Nizhnevartovsk and Noyabrsk (a new city in the flight network of the airline), and on 3 April 2017 the first flight form Novosibirsk to Novy Urengoy will be performed.
The flights will be opened on Embraer 170-LR modern aircraft. The aircrafts are designed to carry 76 passengers in roomy and comfortable cabins of the economy class. S7 Airlines will be the first to operate this kind of aircrafts in Russia. The first Embraer 170-LR aircrafts are expected to be delivered to S7 Airlines fleet in spring already, and till the end of 2017 the airline will receive 17 aircrafts of this type.
“Embraer 170 aircrafts will be stationed in the Novosibirsk Tolmachevo Airport. The convenient location of Novosibirsk makes it possible for us to bond the regions more efficiently, and for passengers — to spend less time travelling, for example, from the cities of the Urals and the Western Siberia to the Far East and Central Asia. Now many passengers have to arrange the flights to these destinations with a connection in Moscow. The schedule is organized in such a way, that the passengers can not only fly from Surgut, Noyabrsk, Gorno-Altajsk and other cities to Novosibirsk but also will be able to take S7 Airlines flights to other regions of Russia and foreign flights with convenient connections,” said Igor Veretennikov, the Commerce Director of S7 Group.
