The relationship between both parties will be based on modern standards and cutting-edge business solutions in providing flight safety and improving the quality of the services offered.

The airlines will work together on staff training and personnel development, MRO, the control of quality standards compliance, improving onboard service and upgrading ground handling operations.

The two companies will meet regularly in order to improve service quality and to comply with quality standards, including improving the transfer of passengers at Vnukovo International Airport in Moscow.

Transaero’s CEO Olga Pleshakova said: “We consider this agreement as consecutive development of the mutually beneficial cooperation with UTair and Vnukovo Airport. In December 2012 our airlines signed an agreement on transfer connections and through fares via Vnukovo Airport that has proved to be highly efficient. Establishing strategic partnership relations between Transaero and UTair is a very important step that addresses the interests of millions of passengers, and will undoubtedly contribute to the development of civil aviation in Russia as a whole”.
